These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the services provided by Worldwide Chartering L.L.C-FZ. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms in full.
2. Our Services
Worldwide Chartering L.L.C-FZ acts as shipbroker and consultant in dry cargo chartering, tanker chartering, shipping consultancy and cargo trading. We act as intermediaries and advisors; all fixtures and contracts are concluded between the respective owners and charterers.
3. No Warranty
While we strive to keep all information — including market reports, vessel positions and rate indications — accurate and up to date, it is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice upon which reliance should be placed without independent verification.
4. Charter Party Terms
The terms, conditions and exceptions of any charter party negotiated through us govern the respective transaction. We assist in negotiations but are not a party to the final contract unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Commission
Brokerage commission is payable as agreed between the parties on each fixture, in accordance with customary shipping practice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worldwide Chartering L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on information provided through our broking services.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
